Do you charge a service fee?

We charge a flat diagnostic fee that's disclosed before we roll the truck — and it's waived when you approve the repair.
How fast can you get here?

Most Valley calls get same-day service. In peak summer we prioritize no-cool calls with children, elderly or medical conditions in the home.
Will you try to sell me a new system?

No. Our technicians aren't paid on replacement commission. If the honest math says replace, we'll show you the numbers. Otherwise we fix what's in front of us.
Is R-22 refrigerant still available?

Yes but it's expensive and getting more so — R-22 was phased out of production. For older R-22 systems with a leak, we'll walk you through the real economics of repair vs. replacement.
Do you warranty your repairs?
